The Third Victoria Bridge
There is a small museum in the tower at Brisbane City Hall with exhibits of Brisbane's floods and history of bridges. This third Victoria Bridge - a prestressed hollow box girder variety - was constructed in the late 1960s. It is split into buslanes entering the Queen Street tunnels on the north side and auto traffic on the south side. The night previous, the Victoria Bridge was lit up in yellow. You can see the red lights of the Kurilpa just behind.
Brisbane is bustling with construction cranes and they do a nice job lighting them, along with the rest of the central business district at night.
