Calafate Nights

I was in Calafate for five nights and most of them had quite colourful sunsets. Calafate is on the shores of Lago Argentino, but the lakeshore is at least a twenty minute walk from the main street and isn't particuarly busy. Calafate has the main airport for tourists destined for the Fitz Roy Region of Argentina and is an hour or so drive from Los Glaciares National Park's main attraction, the Perito Moreno Glacier. There is quite a good museum about glaciers and the Patagonia icefields just outside the townsite.
